Issues with WC Vendors Pro and WC Stripe Connect

    Hello everyone!

    I’m posting this message here because I really need help. I’m a photographer and web designer, and it’s the first time I’m creating a marketplace (https://passionplants.fr/) specializing in the sale of rare plants. I’m using Woocommerce, WC Vendors Pro, and WC Stripe Connect.

    As I’m not a developer, I’m facing a lot of difficulties in getting everything to work perfectly. I’m using the “Luxe Commerce” child theme by The Design Space and the Divi theme. I chose to work with WC Vendors Pro based on the advice of professionals to be able to onboard vendors on my platform. However, unfortunately, since their installation, I’ve been experiencing a lot of bugs, even though I followed the installation instructions of WC Vendors Pro and Stripe Connect plugins on the wcvendors.com website diligently. I can’t figure out if my child theme is not fully compatible with WC Vendors or if there are conflicts with other installed plugins like JetPack, for example.

    Regarding Stripe Connect, I created an account on Stripe for my platform, copied the API keys (publishable and secret) in test mode or production mode, activated OAuth for standards accounts, added an URI for rediraction to the dashboard page and pasted them into the plugin along with my client ID. The “Stripe Connect” link button appears correctly in the WC Vendors Pro dashboard. The vendor can create an account on Stripe, but when a customer makes a payment by card, the transaction appears in the platform’s dashboard but not in the vendor’s dashboard. And the purchased product still remains in the shop.

    As you can see, I’m facing many functionality issues, wasting a lot of time trying to solve them instead of focusing on the design and promotion of my project. Starting to feel almost desperate to succeed, I hope that someone generous can provide a solution so that I can finally start my dear project! Thank you for your patience.
