Issues with video sizing

Hi Support,

I’m having issues with the video’s sizing. For some reason the plugin started to size the video space with a portrait aspect ratio. And, when I start playing the video, there are two large black spaces above and below the video. The plugin has been working seamlessly for years, and now it just started to do this.

Can you help me correct this issue?
