    Hi –
    my client has been using your plugin for IG feeds previously, but connections got lost. Anyways, we have two sites that are using the plugin to show IG feed from a personal IG account. I can get one to work, but when I try to connect the feed for the second one, it won’t let me click or go past the ‘ALLOW’ on the IG access page. Is this because the same plugin is already being used for another site?
    If that’s the case, what are my options to display on both sites?

    Hi @granatdesign,

    Thanks for contacting us! Instagram’s API and our plugin don’t limit the number of sites that you connect the same account to. There recently was a temporary problem occurring on Instagram’s side where some Personal accounts could not be connected, but this should now be resolved, so I would suggest checking again if you can connect the account now. If it still does not allow you to connect, you may also need to try in a Private/Incognito browser window or in a different browser.

    Another option is to try connecting as a Business Profile which uses a different type of connection: https://smashballoon.com/doc/instagram-business-profiles/?instagram

    If you are still unable to connect the account with the steps above, please send us a support request here and include the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Weird. Could’ve sworn I tried this yesterday and didn’t work, but it does now! Thank you!!
