Issues with User Reviews since 2.1 upgrade

Hey team,
Amazing work on the 2.1UM release.
Just a couple of issues with the User Review plugin since updating:
1) Reviews display oddly on profiles now (see https://www.imimediation.org/member/mark-morril/?profiletab=reviews). The layout is out-of-whack, the date’s not displayed, and an edit field is available under the review at all times.
2) When I click on ‘flagged’ in the back-end, it doesn’t load; instead I’m stuck on the ‘all’ page (which is not very helpful btw – would be more helpful to have users’ names than their photos)
