    Hello,

I have today updated to version 2.9 of the plugin and was especially pleased to see the sort by group option, a feature which I have been hoping for for some time, thank you.

However, I have been experiencing some problems with the new version which did not previously exist. My list contains around 200 mails and when I try to send a mail, I find I cannot access any emails below the letter f alphabetically (the subscriber page confirms they still exist). The letter group/filter buttons (eg g,h,i) and “all” buttons do not function. I also found that on the subscriber page, the sort by group dropdown box did not function, while the older dropdown sort boxes continued to function correctly as before.

I have temporarily resolved the issue by reverting to version 2.8 but would appreciate it if you would take a look and please advise.

  • Do you have test environment for my testing? i have tested all ways but cant find the error.

Go to Subscriber admin page ==> Click ALL button. You should see your first 200 email address.

Go to Send Email admin page ==> Click ALL button, You should see all your email address with CONFIRMED or SINGLE OPT-IN status.

Thank you for getting back to me.

I have attempted again to make the update.

When I visit the subscriber admin page, all emails are present as expected.

When I visit send email page, only emails up to letter f are present. When I click the ALL button (or other letters buttons) the page refreshes but does not change.

I have deactivated all other plugins, cleared the cache with no effect.

Reverting to version 2.8 and again functionality returns to normal.

I am using Point theme horseracingsouthamerica.com

Please use version 2.9.1. in this new version i have fixed all the issues.
