issues with ticket numbers being generated on card purchaes

    Hi there,
    Ticket numbers are not being generated on the Platinum Vers. after people pay with credit card.
    I have opened up several support tickets, but this issue still has not been resolved.

    Our developers are looking into what the problem is with your payment gateway. Please do not open multiple tickets as it wastes the time and makes it hard to track who is working on your ticket. When you do not reply to the same ticket – we spin wheels trying to see what was worked on in a different ticket. We are open Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm EST.
