Issues with Thrive leads form

I installed wordfence a month ago on my website https://zerotodrum.com/, and it’s working.
Yesterday I purchased and installed Thrive leads. I created a light form, and when I tried to save it, there was a conflict with wordfence.
I had a 403 error, so I had a look at this page, https://thrivethemes.com/tkb_item/how-to-fix-the-403-forbidden-error/, suggested by thrive leads, but I can’t fix the problem. Every help would be appreciated. Thanks
