    I followed your instructions and tested the plugins. My theme Rehub) has also been updated today, and other relevant plugins followed siut Yet when I updated your plugins, I got the follwing persistent messages:

    For the free version, “WC Vendors data update – Your database is being updated in the background. Taking a while? Click here to run it now.

    For Pro, “WC Vendors Pro is updating.”

    The messages remain the same despite several attempts to delete and download, clearing cache, deactivating other plugins except woocommerce and the two plugins. They’ve remained like this all day.I have also checked and cleaned my database, increased the php, all to no avail

    I am not sure the difference between “Support” and “Support ticket”. I just want some issues resolved.

    Same issue i am getting using WC Vendors FREE plugin.

    I am not allowed to provide support for the pro product on the free forums.

    @quickstrap please create your own topic and I’ll be glad to help you. If you are getting a 500 its most probably your theme isn’t updated to support the latest version.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
