Issues with the latest WordPress version, Site not Opening

Hi,

I have just upgraded to latest wordpress 4.7, and since then my site can’t open. The dashboard is loading properly, for instance, if i open plugins section, some plugins will appear while others won’t. Sometimes, i see just a blank page. Hovering over components it won’t show sub-categories etc.

On top of that, my site is not loading since i have upgraded to the latest wordpress version. I have tried everything, deactivated all plugins, turned my firewalls off etc, but nothing has worked so far.

I don’t know if it’s even because of the wordpress, or something else. Can anybody please help me out? Or, please let me know how could i revert back to the previous WP version, without losing my stuff, theme customizations etc.
