I correct myself, I checked my database, and the 4 tables were automatically created without the “Create Tables” label appearing once I entered WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools. I switched to using custom order tables while maintaining synchronization and using database transactions for order data synchronization. At the moment, it seems to be working fine. I placed a test order with cash on delivery payment method, and it went smoothly. When I canceled the order, the product did not return to being available in the store. That’s why I decided to keep the synchronization.

I’m waiting for some advice or response.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello @fpeppe,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I have HPOS enabled on my test site and the stock was properly increased after cancelling the order:

Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Also, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the order notes. It can serve as a record of what happened.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
