    Hi Jose,

    Recently orders get stuck with the status “pending payment”.

    Hence, no confirmation is sent to the customer.

    The payment, however, was successfully received as confirmed by the email:

    La operación con no de pedido ‘150000002643’ de su TPV Virtual ha sido AUTORIZADA

    What could be the issue? We haven’t changed anything on our side.
