issues with size of videos and it isn’t hiding related youtubes

Hello – I purchased Youtube Embed to hide related videos. I clicked that box and but it doesn’t work. They are still showing up. To make matters worse, the plugin toasted my site. I had the same shortcode in both sites: [rosemary_index title=”Data 101″ cat=”data-101″ cols=”3″ amount=”3″]
This shortcode made the videos small, had them listed by category, showing 3 per category and then the person could click to view more. I had it made to resemble this: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOcK-mE76Z2Dsnra8iq8PYQ/

Now, besides it not hiding the related videos it has made all the videos large. I changed the size but that didn’t help. I deactivated the plugin and that didn’t help.
What do I need to do to:
1.Hide related videos
2.Return my site back to the way it looked?

I read one support thread where you told the customer not our problem when they had shortcode. But this is your problem because I had to have someone help me make the page look the way I want it and now it is toasted due to this plugin. So I’m hoping you don’t reply back with that message.
