Issues with size and formatting of product images

  • Hi, as of last week I’ve encountered numerous issues with product images on product pages. Everything is still displayed as expected on the homepage and category pages, but on product pages there are two main problems:

    1. There is white space above product images so they’re no longer aligned with the product heading.
    2. The majority of product images are appearing tiny.

    If I look at the single product template, there is an error in the product gallery block: “The following error was returned
    productGalleryClientId and clientId codes mismatch.“

    According to WordPress support, a new WordPress update was rolled out last week and it appears this has conflicted with your theme to cause these problems. In fact, as I type this all product images have actually disappeared from product pages altogether, so this is a serious problem.

    Can you please investigate this conflict between your theme/product gallery block within your theme and the latest WordPress update?

    Update: The product images have now re-appeared but the original issues outlined (white space above images affecting alignment, tiny images and product gallery block error) are still there.

    We’ve noticed there may be an issue with the WooCommerce Product Gallery Block (Beta). While we work on resolving this, we recommend using an alternative gallery block provided by WooCommerce for the best experience.
