Issues with ranks

    Hello

    First of all, congratulations on this magnificent plug-in. I take the liberty of writing to you because I’m tearing my hair out about ranks, call on my site ?grades?.

    Most of these ranks are reached with a balance of points. A significant number of users should be moving up the ranks, but it’s not happening.

    I’ve emptied the site and GamiPres cache. I cleaned the journals. I’ve recounted the activities. I’ve awarded 100 points to all users per bulk. Nothing is moving.

    What event are you using as a Reach a Balance or Earn an amount of points requirement?

    With Reach a Balance Gamipress takes into account the user’s total point balance.

    With Earn an amount of points the event will be launched when the specified amount of points is earned.

    Is it possible that the priorities are not correct? Keep in mind that these must be from lowest to highest and cannot be repeated.

    I use the Earn an amount of points option. Priorities are OK.
