Issues with products upload

  • Hi All,

    When trying to upload products i sometimes getting the following message:”WordPress database error: [Query was empty]”
    My excel doesnt have any blank/hidden rows or columns. i tried switching to 2003 version but got the same results. I’ve checked my fields and all have the same name as defined in the product tab.
    I’m using 3.66 version.

    Hi Amir,

    Sorry that this issue is coming up. Are the products still being uploaded successfully? If not, what’s coming up incorrectly?

    i`m having this issue as well

    i`m trying this plugin out, to see if its worth it in premium mode ??

    so far i can`t even upload a 10 row sheet of products

    i have only 5 columns (price/desc/slug/name/category)
