Issues with Product Add-Ons & Extra Options

  • Good morning everyone!

    I am trying to use this plugin to create a customizable shirt (currently in the free version, but I am considering purchasing the premium version). However, I have a few questions:

    • How can I customize the graphics? I would like to change the distances between label and selection field, the shapes, etc.
    • When I add an additional price to an option, in the configurator I always see “+€0.00” instead of seeing the additional price that I have chosen.

    The theme I am using is Sober.

    Can you help me? ??

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    You can change the style using CSS rules in order to get a result that can help you to get your goal.

    The CSS rules should be set on Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    In this way, you can apply the customizations your need for your specific theme and the style you want to apply.

    About it:

    Could you please send me an screenshot of your addons configuration? In this way, I’ll check and try to replicate the problem on my local installation.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    You don’t need to add the currency in the price. You simply need to set 350 like you can see in our live demo.

    Please, remove the currency and try again.

    I tried your advice, but it’s still not working, always displaying the 0 instead of the 350 i originally filled the field with.
