• I found this out by surprise when a customer managed to place an order where the products had no options and a price of £0.00 – an embarrasing call to make…
    I am using Uni CPO to calculate the price and add options via product add-ons, and this plugin does not seem to be compatable with product add-ons. When a customer uses the cart link from one of the emails it erases all of the additional information and resets the price to zero.
    Hopefully this gets fixed soon…

    We are sorry that our product didn’t meet your requirements.

    But just to let you know that we do have the plans to add the compatibility for WooCommerce Products add-ons.

    We will also check the plugin you have mentioned above and will try to add the compatibility with our plugin.

    Also, there are lots of add-ons coming up every day and it is not feasible to quickly add support to them. But as mentioned, we will try our best and as soon as possible.

    We’d definitely want to look into this and make sure we get things on for our customers and their requirements.

    We will look forward to having the missing three-stars soon.

    Just a quick update, we have released an update which fixes this issue and have added the support for Product Addons.

    Now you should be able to make it work with all the other Product Addons too.

    Can you update to the latest version and let us know how it goes?
