    Hello,

    I am having big issues with printing out a shipping label for an international shipment on my site. Upon prepping my order and clicking “Buy Shipping Label” I am presented with the following error message: “Customs info error: missing required field for non-document shipment: customs_items.hs_tariff_number”

    Even after including an HS Tariff number in my order description, I receive this error.

    I have now clicked on the “Buy Shipping Label” button 5 times, and upon checking my credit card statement, I have also been charged 5 times for this shipment.

    I would like to firstly get some assistance with printing out this label for my customer, and secondly know how I can be refunded for the times this error has incurred a charge to my credit card

    There is a known issues with PayPal Payments version 2.7.1 and WooCommerce Shipping plugin. Are you using this plugin too?

    If that is your case, I’m glad to inform that a fix for this issue is set to be included on WooCommerce PayPal Payments version 2.8.0, which is scheduled to be released soon.

    While it is not released, this can be worked around either with a temporary downgrade to version 2.7.0 or by installing the latest pre-release version 2.8.0-rc1.

    Thank you very much! I was actually using a much older version of Woocommerce PayPal Payments (2.2). I rolled up to 2.7.0 and I was able to purchase the label successfully. Also I checked my statement again and all of the errant charges were automatically refunded by the system. Thanks so much!
