    Plugin Support Smash Balloon Louis

    (@smashballoonlouis)

    Hi @vesco27,

Thank you for contacting us! I would first suggest fully deactivating and deleting the plugin, and then doing a fresh install of the latest version.

You may also need to check that the following files are not being optimized or combined with other files by an optimization plugin:

    sbi-styles.min.css
    sbi-scripts.min.js

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please send us a support request here and we can investigate further.

    Thanks!
    Louis

Did as suggested and removed the plugin. Added again, but it fails to upload my Instagram as a source… When I press add (see screenshot) nothing happens. Manually adding also fails.

This is something that is a bridge too far for me knowledge wise…???

    Plugin Support Smash Balloon Louis

    (@smashballoonlouis)

    Hi @vesco27,

Thank you for the update and sorry to hear those steps did not resolve the problem. Since you are able to select the Instagram source but not save it, there may be a problem when the plugin tries to write to your site’s database. Could you send us a support request here so we can investigate this further?

If possible, include the System Info from the plugin, but please only include this in a support request via our website as this should not be shared in the public forum here.

We’ll look out for your support request and look forward to assisting further with this issue.

    Best regards,
    Louis
