Issues with phone number

    There have been reports from customers emailing us stating that they have tried to place an order and have received an error message about requiring a billing phone number and they have put a phone number in there. This has not happened to all orders, but on some. Could you please help us to figure out why this is happening.

    Please send a link to the page. I will check how the Checkout form works.
    Also let me know if there is a connection between orders where the Phone was required e.g. the same product in the basket or the same shipping zone etc.
