Issues with Parallax and full width?

Hello!

I am have having two issues, currently using Pootle Page Builder Pro with 18 Tags.

First issue, the top header area has white flashes when scrolling up or down. I have tried making adjustments to it a few times and nothing really seems to get rid of it. Currently its a full width area with parallax.

Second is the images area below that, I have it set as a three column area, full width but its not scaling full width. Same thing, I have tried to update it a few times and cant seem to get it to stretch.

Could this have been caused by upgrading to the pro version?
