Issues with Page Slug

I saved a draft of a post before I had given it a name.

WordPress automatically saved the post as “418”.

I then added a name in the box at the top (in the title template), and edited the permalink to reflect that name.

But when I am editing, the slug is “wp-admin/post.php?post=418&action=edit&message=10”. I.e., it is still “418”.

What will happen when I publish? Will it all switch to the new permalink?

Or do i have to clear a cache somewhere?
