Issues with Oxygen Builder

Having problems with Oxygen Builder where if I click on to edit a page with the Edit with Oxygen feature, I can’t get into Oxygen’s builder. Instead, I see a New Color modal appear and can’t edit anything nor remove the modal.
Contacted Oxygen but their support just said it’s an SG Optimizer issue and to contact them.
