    Hi guys,

first of all I am really satisfied with your plugin. It is so helpful.

But lately I am excperiencing some issues with out of stocks products. On the one hand products, which are out of stock are not visible in the out of stock section in stock central and on the other hand products which are in stock are visible.

    Any ideas why?

    Hi vgnpws,

Thank you very much for your post.

I am sorry you have issues with some products. Are these variable?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi there,

Thank you for the super quick reply.
No, they are just normal products. No variations.

    Any other idea?

    Hi,

Does the issue clear when you disable ATUM plugin?

    Hi Pavel,

obviously I haven’t expressed myself clearly. The problem is within the plugin.
The woocommerce products are labelled out of stock correctly, but ATUM displays them in the wrong section, e.g. products which are in stock displayed in the out if stock category in the ATUM plugin.

    Hi vgnpws,

Thank you very much for your reply and for clearing part of it for me.

I now understand that ATUM shows products in the wrong category, however, ATUM does not categorise products. If you send me an image of where and how this info is shown, would be perfect.

Possible problem: If you mean the status of the product, there is a setting in WC or another plugin that changes the way ATUM sees the product. We need to discover what it is.

If this issue goes deeper I am not going to be able to help you on this forum. You will need to open a ticket (ATUM – Stock Central – Help on the top right – Open Support Ticket).

Hope we can get a solution for you quickly.

    Best Regards,

    Pavel

    Hi Pavel,

    thanks again.

    https://prnt.sc/irya0f
As you can see there are products displayed falsely in the out of stock category. Furthermore, I have products which are out of stock and not displayed here.

When filtering a label via search bar the out of stock product is in the out of stock categroy as it should be, but not in the overall view, where all products are shown. Hopefully you understand what I mean. ??

The product shown in the screenshot should be displayed in the out of stock category when no brand is filtered, but it is not.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi kiki,

Perfect, so it is what I though it was. Thank you.

So, here is the selftest you can do, so we can get closer to finding an issue.

    1. please, deactivate all the plugins and only keep WooCommerce.
    2. clear the cache completely.
    3. activate ATUM and test the stock central screen on 2 different browsers.

Let me know if the filters are still broken.

    Thank you,

    Pavel

    Hi Pavel,

Sorry for the delay in answering and many thanks for your support.

After I have followed your instructions everything is perfectly fine. In my opinion WP Fastest Cache is interfering with ATUM. Have you heard of any issues with this plugin?

    Thank you for your patience.

    HI Kiki,

I am glad you have found the problem.

You need to most probably tweak the caching settings so ATUM is not affected.

    Hope this helps.

    Pavel
