Issues with Nisarg

I posting this with regards to the theme called Nisarg. I personally love this theme and I tailored my site to fit perfectly around it – so no other theme will simply do. The issue is when I put a background image in. Then in the editor (what I see) is my posts having a solid white box around the picture and accompanying text excerpt. But when I logout of WordPress and view it from the perspective of the public, the font becomes faint and no more solid box around my Posts and Widgets. I have also tried to get ride of the background but it just messes up the formatting. Can someone please help resolve this issue with me? Here is my site: muscleevolution.howyoubuildmusclefast.com
