    Hi,

We are trying this template for the first time and it is not loading. The legacy one loads fine.

We get a white frame with a green spinning circle. This happens in preview mode, Chrome or Edge. All minifying/combining functions of JS, CSS, HTML is OFF. We have changed the permalinks to every other, with no change (Plain permalinks yield a 404 error).

Post name is our default. Console does show this error, along with multiple DOM elements (DOM errors occur even with legacy):

“give.js?ver=2.9.1:12 [iFrameSizer][Host page: iFrameResizer0] IFrame has not responded within 5 seconds. Check iFrameResizer.contentWindow.js has been loaded in iFrame. This message can be ignored if everything is working, or you can set the warningTimeout option to a higher value or zero to suppress this warning.”

We have WP Version 5.5.3, PHP 7.3.23, and Give 2.9.1. We cleared cache and also made sure there was no plugin conflict via the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin. Give on its own still gives the error.

Thank you for your assistance. [We have another issue that we posted in a separate post regarding PayPal Donations and connecting to the business account. The connection button does not launch the connection wizard to PayPal and instead shows “settings saved” and a notification at the top with a link to connect that again does not work].

    Hi @shihtzurescue,

    happy to help you!

I’ve accessed your website now and I could see the issue happening on it – the green spinning wheel. However, when I checked the developers console, I noticed that the Rocket Loader from Cloudflare seems to be active on your site.

So, to fix this issue, you need to deactivate the Rocket Loader from Cloudflare and then clear the cache.

Let me know if it works on your end. Otherwise, I’m more than happy to keep digging on this one.

    Have a great day!
