Issues with Move scripts to Footer and Defer parsing of Javascript files

Hi,
I am using your plugin and everything has been working fine before enabling Move Scripts to Footer and Defer Parsing of JavaScript files options.I am using Huge IT Google map plugin to display the map view.But after enabling any one of these options the Map View is not visible.It is hiding the map view.I tried to exclude the script of map from being moved to footer but the map’s path is getting displayed in header of my pages.Everything is working fine except this Map View.
Could you please help me in solving this issue so that map view works fine.Thanks in advance
