Issues with Member Login

    Hi,

    I have a membership site where teachers access lesson content.

    I have the latest version of PMPro.
    I am also using the Login/Signup Popup Plugin for front-end login.

    It usually works fine. However, it will randomly force the user to refresh the page to view the member-only content even after it shows them as logged in.

    This is causing some confusion and frustration for our new members.
    Any ideas about what is causing this issue and how we can make membership content show without refreshing the page?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. This problem is most likely due to caching. Though caching is a great way to speed up a site, precautions need to be taken when using caching alongside PMPro to ensure that PMPro functions correctly and content is restricted as expected. You can test whether caching is causing issues on your site by temporarily disabling all caching plugins and then testing if the issues you are experiencing are resolved. Could you kindly look into this?
