Issues with LinkedIn Profile Badge

Problem: Installed LI badge on my page, but it doesn’t always load visually. Looking at the network diagnostics, when profile.js is executed, an error returned from LinkedIn is 999 requests denied. I spoke to LinkedIn support, and this was the response from support, “My technical team advised they believe this issue is WordPress. The issue was WordPress bots are not providing the proper permissions to LinkedIn. Could you reach out to WordPress and inquire on this issue? Please let me know the results.”

Does anybody know what they mean when they sad the WordPress bots are not providing permissions to LinkedIn?
