I know these browser are not recommended but, you know, this is a difficult task to tell people they need to changes their habit. So I don’t really know why this doesn’t show and I’m a little lost ^^’ I’ve juste started to learn since septembre, so I’m kind of a newbie, and if I can get any help, that’d be great! The website was already here before I came, they use Avada and WordPress last version. Kindly, Jean-Daniel.

  • Hi there!

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install?Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in,?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

HTTP Header seems to be the problem. I don’t have a clue on how this is working, if anyone know if this is a crucial plugin or if I can just delete it I’m listening =)
