Issues With Hyperlinking to Another wp Site

    My husband and I both have wp blogs. I’d like to be able to hyperlink to his posts and have the hyperlink show up as a content card. I understand from online research that this is a feature available in my version of wp but I can’t get it to work.

    When he hyperlinks to my blog, the URL address he enters turns into a content card that links up to the corresponding post on my site with no issues.

    But when I enter the URL for one of his posts, it changes into a content card with a link to a random image in my own media library. The image linked to has no connection to his post or URL at all. I’ve tried a couple of different times with different URLs and the images linked to change but I can’t get the hyperlink to link to his blog and not my own.

    I’m hoping my explanation is ok and that someone can help me as this is very odd and I haven’t been able to find anything online.

    BTW, I’ve tried installing the Content Card plugin and it seemed to work except that the content cards were HUGE and took up as much space as my post.

    Are you using content card plugin? If yes, which one are you using? Since you are saying it is HUGE, have you tried changing the size via custom CSS?

    Take a look at the FAQ of this Content Card Plugin and there you can find an option to set custom CSS through which you can set the height or width.
