• I have experienced several ‘issues’ with the Contact Form since I started approx 1,5 month ago. The last one is quite severe.

    I am using the Hueman theme on my website https://www.vakantierijk.nl.
    The theme is working great, but somehow your form doesn’t work together with this theme.
    More problems arose, so I had to disable the Custom Contact Form (this is the message I got when opening WordPress).

    I sincerely hope you can fix the bugs, because I love the Custom Contact Form and want to keep using it.

    (another website of mine (www.watergeefjedoor.nl works great with the form).

    I just tested the theme and the plugin seemed to work fine. What in particular is happening?

    Hello Taylor,
    I got a pop-up in the WP control panel stating there were ‘issues’ with the custom contact form, and then I couldn’t access anything anymore.
    It happened before and there were faults which my webhoster removed.
    He did this a few times and told me to fix this myself next time.

    Because my site broke down again, I thought there was something wrong with the webhosting.
    I moved my corrupted WordPress site to another webhost but then the issues happened again.
    It seems to work fine, and suddenly it breaks down.
    That is all I know.
    My other website (https://www.watergeefjedoor.nl/) is still with the first webhost and is doing fine with the contactform. The theme I used is Colorlib.
    for https://www.vakantierijk.nl I use Hueman.

    The exact message was:
    Custom contact form is experiencing issues.
    there is an issue with synchronizing data. Please try deactivating all other plugins and activating the TwentyFifteen theme. If this fixes the problem, you have a plugin or theme conflict. If it does nog, please post in the support forums or Github….

    But I couldn’t access my site the last time after this message.
    And now I am afraid to activate the contact form again for it might go wrong and it took me a long time to place all my pictures back (still working on fixing it).
