Issues with home slider on mobile

I am having trouble getting my header background image on jasonkeath.com to show up full height on mobile (iPhone 6, chrome, safari, and opera). It either shrinks the image height down, scaling the image to the full width of the phone, or I can have it tile with adjustments to the settings.

I also set the background image as #000 to at least make the white logo and white title appear but that doesn’t seem to be working either.

On desktop, when I reduce the browser width manually, it’s responsive resize works perfectly.

I’ve been working on this exclusively with the Appearance / Theme Options / Home Slider options.
