Issues with handl_ip

Same happened to us as well, so during a testing session
1. User from country A submits form – all good – we see his IP
2. In 1 min user from country B submits form – NOT OK – we see IP of user 1 (country A)
3. In next 3 mins user from country C submits form – NOT OK – still IP of user 1 (country A)

Then eventually after some time – if submission is done – we see a correct IP

Seems like a caching problem to me. Do you use any caching plugin like WP Rocket or are you happened to be on server having varnish cache like WP Engine?

Yes, we use WP Rocket.
Is there a way to add HandL UTM Grabber to the exclusions list or should we rather ask WP Rocket about this instead?
I can hardly believe it is only me having these issues. Maybe there’s a way to update HandL UTM Grabber in a way that it does not use cached values?

This is not something we can handle within the plugin. Try this https://docs.utmgrabber.com/books/102-getting-started-for-handl-utm-grabber-v3/page/i-have-wp-rocket-installed and let us know if it works.

And consider upgrading to V3 of the plugin as client side tracking is super improved there.

On the plugin version – you say that we should have v3, I see we have 2.7.22 and we update it often but it never suggested to go to v3. How we upgrade? Thanks again!
