  • You need to have a Google Analytics account and create at least one Property in the account. See https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1042508?hl=en.

Still having problem with this, Alin. I have a property set up in my Google Analytics account, but the graph isn’t showing up on the Dashbord, and the dropdown beside “Select View” is faded, but it shows the name of our web site. Will you walk me through how to solve the problems I’m having?

    Thanks.

the dropdown beside “Select View” is faded

That’s perfectly fine! It’s faded because you have only one property and nothing else to select there.

    Does it look like this?

Yep! My dashboard looks like that. How do I get the graph to appear?

There’s a JavaScript error on that page, blocking the plugin. Follow the steps described here to identify the cause.

I have MANY errors showing. How do I go about fixing all of them?

    1. Disable all plugins
    2. Enable one by one and try to identify the ones generating the errors by checking the JavaScript console.
    3. Remove the plugins causing the errors or notice the plugin author about the issue.

Thanks Alin! I’ll let you know how it goes.

Its WooCommerce! But when I updated the plugin, less errors came up.

Hey Alin, I was playing around, and WooCommerce isn’t causing the errors. There’s a plugin our theme requires that’s called Universe Funder. I deactivated it and the errors were corrected. But the graph didn’t appear on the dashboard.

Try to reload the page after there are no errors displayed in JavaScript Console.

Negative. No errors appear when I disable the plugin, but the graph still doesn’t appear on the dashboard. Would you like me to set you up a temporary username, so you can check it out? I’ll email it to vou?
