Issues with filtering

Hello,

We’re in need of a product feed plugin that will handle our 400+ products (many of which have 15-30 variations).

First impression of your plugin were good, but we’re struggling to configure your free plugin, so as it stands we don’t feel inclined to upgrade to the PRO. Hoping you can help resolve our issues to prompt us to upgrade.

We’ve setup Category Mapping, and mapped this accordingly in the feed, but values still how as empty in the generated XML feed.

Secondly, we try filtering by a specific Product Title or Category, only to be then met with a completely empty feed. We’ve double checked both the filtering and that the products exist – I can’t determine what is happening.

The mother product if a variable is also outputting with a 0.00 price. What’s the point of this. I expect this is because with a variable product the price is set on the variable, not the mother product. But I then question what’s the point of outputting the mother product at all if this is going to occur? It’ll just lead to lots of disapprovals in Merchant Center.

Before we consider other plugins, please advise how you can help us diagnose and resolve these issues? We really like the interface of your plugin, just need it to output the necessary data as intended.
