xxxhoop,
Regarding your statement ‘Having more than one site linked to one account is proving to be something that the new updated version cannot handle.’ can you be more specific about the problem you’re having?
You should be able to link several sites to the same Grab Media publisher account with no problem – we’ve done this countless times on our own GrabPress instances. All the video feeds you own (collectively) will appear on all sites that you link to the same Grab Media account, that is the expected behavior.
There should be no need to have a different set of feeds saved on each individual site (as there once was with GrabPress 2.3.7 and older, with the use of Autoposter), once they’re all linked to the same Grab Media publisher account, since we are no longer able to support remote automatic posting.
We posted the email that was sent out to our publishers last week here, which may have some helpful information about the release and upgrade process:

We encourage you to use GrabPress 3.0.1+, as we will no longer be supporting Autoposter in the future. We’d like to give our users a few weeks to make sure everyone has had time to upgrade, but going forward, Autoposter video feeds will no longer be supported, for the reasons stated in that link above.
Though we know that some of our publishers loved the remote posting feature of Autoposter, unfortunately, it was the cause of many problems. Additionally, when we submitted GrabPress to the WordPress.com and VIP plugins directory, we were required to force all users to a) authenticate all remote posts with WordPress.com credentials (which not all our Grabpress users have), b) integrate GrabPress with the WordPress API and Oauth for this authentication process – which caused a very high level of maintenance and compatibility, and c) require all self-hosted GrabPress users to install the most recent version of Jetpack.
Additionally, Google, other search services, and advertisers all informed us that GrabPress posts would get lowered in search rankings due to the lack of original content. Therefore, we thought it would be best for our users on several levels, to deprecate the use of Autoposter.
1. Prompting editors to manually edit posts will not only improve SEO rankings, it will ultimately lead to a more engaging user experience for end users.
2. Eliminating the technical dependencies on our self-hosted publishers to install the latest version of the Jetpack plugin (to support WordPress.com authentication) will allow us to keep technical issues and compatibility issues to a minimum.
3. Eliminating the source of nearly all GrabPress support issues (Autoposter connectors), will result in a better user experience for our publishers and users.
4. The elimination of all these technical complexities (Autoposter, Jetpack, WordPress.com authentication for remote posts) will allow our product and development teams to focus on new features – which in the end, we hope will bring even more features to GrabPress for our users to enjoy.
