    Hi Support Team,

Yesterday, we created a new feed for Hood.de, but it got stuck processing indefinitely, causing the frontend to freeze. I also followed the advice in the FAQ and knowledge base, but it didn’t resolve the issue.

Today, the feed creation partially works but stops after just 5 products (we have 250). We’ve been using the plugin for years without any problems, and all other feeds are functioning normally.

Additionally, my account on AdTribes.io is having issues—password changes and adding phone numbers aren’t working. Should I be concerned about the ongoing maintenance of this plugin?

    Best regards,
    R.J.A.

I did some additional troubleshooting: The early termination of feed generation happens only with CSV feeds, stopping after the fifth product. Other feeds, like XML, are unaffected.

By the way, updating email, phone number, and password on AdTribes.io is now working.

    Hello @rjatcu,

I found the feed generation for the Hood.de channel is working properly in my local environment for both XML and CSV formats. Therefore, kindly ensure that you’re on the latest version of the Product Feed Pro v13.3.7 plugin.

Also, it would be better if you could share your site system log and feed system report. You can get the site system log by clicking on the Get system report button from the WooCommerce > Status > System Status screen. The feed system report is located in the Product Feed Pro > Settings > Plugins systems check screen.

    Hello Tanjir,
these reports are way too long to post here.

I will try to contact you through a different channel.
I also have the ELITE version, but in the plugin dashboard I’m adviced to this public forum.
Is there a support email where I can send you these reports directly?

    Thanks and best regards,
    R.J.A.

I found the possibility to create a ticket in the adtribes.io dashboard at Submit Ticket – AdTribes
Please disregard these last two messages.

    Hi @rjatcu,

I received your message through the official support channel and have already provided a solution for the issue you encountered.

I’m sharing the solution here for the benefit of others who might face a similar problem in the future. The issue was due to the “Create a preview of the feed” option being enabled, which, by default, generates only 5 products. Please refer to the article: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/create-product-feed-preview/. Therefore, disabling this option resolves the issue.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please reach out through our official support channel, as you are one of our Elite customers.

Since the issue has now been resolved, I will mark this topic as closed.

    Cheers!
