Issues with Facebook reading the feed

    I’m having some issues with syncing the product data from the feed to Facebook. Some products which are in stock are displaying as out of stock, and some products are not being pulled into Facebook entirely. The behavior seems to affect products at random. The feed is being generated correctly and when I open the csv feed file all the information is as it should be. Looks like something is getting messed up on the Facebook end.

    Hi @serget1234 ,

    With Facebook if the products aren’t being read properly it usually means of one of two things

    • There’s an error in your feed
    • Facebook didn’t properly read the feed

    Please check your facebook feed and see if there are any errors. If not; request your Facebook shopping feed to resync : Screenshot by Lightshot (prnt.sc)
