Issues with DIvi/Divi Overlays

Using Divi framework.

I’ve got a Divi button, when clicked opens a ‘Divi Overlays’ which contains a Divi Video module with a Vimeo video.

When clicked, I just see the video URL in text, but not the video itself:

Edit:
In an incognito window, click the button brings up the Divi Overlay, but after clicking the play button, nothing happens: https://i.imgur.com/t9CGYNc.jpg

I get this message in the DOM when clicking Play on the overlay image (from Divi OVerlays)

When plugin is disabled, video loads OK.
