• ok, so when i go into the customizer i keep getting an infinite log in screen, but the dashboard is fine. also, while in the customizer the sidebars and widgets option doesn’t show up. when i disable plugins and use the default 2015 theme it doesn’t fix it, but when i rename the plugins folder from my wp content folder to plugins.hold everything is how it should be. but as soon as i change it back to just plugins it’s broken again. it’s been like this for 5 days, i need to be able to add a widget for my sidebar, i tried going into the widgets options from the dashboard to add it, but it doesn’t show up on my site. my url is girlspeaksgeek.com

Have you tried deleting all the cookies for your domain and logging back in?

Also are you using https or anything like CloudFlare/Fastly?

Yes, I tried clearing cookies and cache after I reset the plugins folder but it didn’t help. And I am not using any cloud services as far as I know.
