Issues with Custom Taxonomy

I love your plugin and using it for my couple of sites. But this time the plugin is
not working in the sidebar for store taxonomy, probably conflicting with the theme functionality.

Sorry I am not a coder, so need your help solving this. If you offer paid support, please advise. Thank you.
