Issues with Core Web Vitals

  • For sometime now, I’ve noticed that my WordPress site is having issues with Core Web Vitals especially with respect to optimization on mobile devices.

    The report on Google Search Console shows few URLs as “Poor URLs”, then over 95% of the URLs on the site as “Needing improvement.”

    The report for desktop version is almost the same.

    How can I improve on my Core Web Vitals especially as it has to do with URLs?

    2. Upgrade Hosting: Make sure there are enough resources in your hosting plan for lag-free operation.
    3. Use Browser Caching
    4. Minimize CSS and JavaScript.
    5. Check if any plugins are impacting performance; deactivate unnecessary ones.
    6. Make sure your theme is speed-optimized, or think about moving to a faster one.
    7. Check Server Response Time.

    Tools like PageSpeed Insights are useful for thorough analyses.
