    Hello, this plugin fails to fire in several occasions. Can I ask for help?

    Purchase confirmation page reached per gateway (active and inactive) :
    onemethod = 0%
    paypal = 27% warning
    bacs 11 of 11 = 100% good
    specificplugin = 61% warning
    Purchase confirmation page reached per gateway (only active), weighted by frequency :
    paypal = 27% warning
    other is good
    Total = 52% warning

    I see no firing in the orders too often

    Hi?@leeonard89,

    I understand that you’re having an inaccuracy caused by payment gateways. Let me help you with this.

    Please read the following support articles. They explain what’s causing this and what your options are going forward.

    Let me know if you have questions.

    Hello, I have to make myself more clear:

    the plugin is correctlyconfiguredand setted up. It has issues/bug over my specific configuration and I ask you toinvestigate further

    Hi @leeonard89

    The Pixel Manager does not cause those tracking issues. They are only monitored and detected by the Pixel Manager.

    The causes are typically bad or misconfigured payment gateway plugins.

    Please read the links posted by Lee carefully, as they go into detail about what the possible causes are and how you can fix them.

    I don’t know what to do. The Netherland developer of the other tool pointed me to ask here…

    The documentation Lee posted explains everything.

    As I explained in my earlier response.

    The Pixel Manager doesn’t cause those issues. So we can’t fix it for you.

    The Pixel Manager can only detect the problem (and is the only tool so far that can).

    as the order funnel goes correctly from basket, to checkout start and checkout completed but your Pixel Manager doesn’t fire nor in the Orders made nor in the Analytics tracking

    can you please explain extensively why your plugin is not causing the issues? The issues itself can’t be a proof that the process is not going through from the firing side (not the payment)?

    and even in case it’s not the culprit, that is okay, why it doesn’t fire? This causes no feedback to Google analytics and Ads so not as planned

    the situation was going fine at least before March of this same year

    The documentation explains everything.

    But here, in short.

    Your customers must reach the WooCommerce purchase confirmation page. That is where the conversion pixels fire.

    The Pixel Manager tracks if your customers reach the purchase confirmation page. If they don’t, this is what you see in the diagnostics report.

    You need to make sure that, whatever funnel you use, whatever payment gateway you use, that all customers after a purchase visit the WooCommerce purchase confirmation page.
