• Resolved ngootkina

I love this theme, but from time to time something happens with the blog.  Here I attach images of how it should look like and how it looks sometimes when something happens to it. I think, it is related to the blog page template: it looks like the template is discarded/corrupted.

The workaround is to create a new page from scratch, choose a template for it and assign the blog to this page. Obviously then the page should be included in both menus.

It’s a little bit frustrating especially because I never know when this can happen. Is it possible to resolve this somehow?…

    Thanks.

  • Hello @ngootkina,

It seems that there are no images in your message.

The problem seems to be caused by the incorrect website address configured in Settings > General on your WordPress site.

I believe you need to update the address to use the “https” version: https://equi-help.com/

Hello @ciorici, thank you for your reply. By some reason I was not able to insert images neither into my post, nor here in the comment.

I checked Settings>General on my WordPress site and the address there was “https”.

Could it be some hosting/domain issues?

    Thanks!

@ngootkina Was the problem fixed? The page looks fine now.

Yes, the page looks fine now – because I made it from scratch and assigned the posts to this page; that’s what I usually do when this happens. Unfortunately it happens like every 2-3 months. I am trying to figure out the way that it doesn’t happen.

I figured how to put the screenshot from previous:

@ngootkina this could be caused by some speed optimization options or file minification. It could also be related to HTTPS issues, as some content makes HTTP requests. It might also be that some plugins on auto-update are causing this issue.

It’s definitely not a theme-related issue and maybe your hosting provider could help you with this recurring issue.

Thank you, Ina, you gave me some ideas – I’ll figure it out based on that.
