Issues with Accounts

Hello all.

So I feel like the problem I am having is pretty basic however, I can’t for the life of me figure it out.

So I am using WPUM (WordPress User Manager) to manage my accounts. However, when I create an account and try to login nothing happens. The account gets created correctly (the email gets sent out, and the user shows up in the admin panel), however when I try to login nothing happens. Like… Nothing at all.

I can tell I am still logged out because I have set the commenting to logged in people only (I believe this means any level of account, subscriber and above?).

Everything else works fine. When I am logged in to the admin account all aspects (account, password reset, etc) work as intended. It’s just that I can’t seem to log in as any other user.
