    I installed this plugin just this week and had three people tell me they couldn’t comment because it said they hadn’t entered all of their information. I went and tested it myself logged out and using my test information and it accepted mine with no problem.

    Then when my post went live I had another four people tell me the same thing. I’m thinking it has to be some security setting in the plugin but I didn’t have everything turned on so I can’t figure out what it could be.

    I deactivated the plugin to make sure this was the issue and all seven of them were able to place their comment with no problem.

    Does anyone have any suggestion as to what the issue might be? I sure appreciate your support.

  • Have you tried clearing the cache in Cache Assistance?

    Cache Assistance just recently have seen a few issues. We are going back to the drawing board with cache and doing a rewrite. I feel its in the best interest to everyone. Sorry
