Issues with a contact us Item for price

As I understand you have one product that is showing as free on Facebook, correct? And this product is not free on WooCommerce.

Is this happening to only this product?
Is it a simple physical product?
Was it free at some point on WooCommerce?
Are there other products like this one that are working correctly?
Have you tried manually syncing the products to see if it updates it?
Are all your plugins updated?

The product is as I stated in the original post “contact us for price” item, so has no price please see the link supplied.

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further.

It is expected to not show a price on Facebook (or 0, for that matter), as the product is set for “contact us for price”, I’m afraid — there is no actual price to sync, either via WooCommerce or for Facebook specifically.

Therefore, consider not including that product with the catalog sync, but showcase it prominently on the shop’s feed, instead, for example. That way, the customer expectations will be according to what the product is about.
