Issues with 2.x

I’ve upgraded several times on my dev site and was hoping these issues would be resolved with the latest 2.0.3. I’m presently running 1.3.1. Every time I upgrade, my header for some reason has an extended grey section. Also, on the mobile site, there are grey areas missing where the background shows through. The site is udderlovesoap.com.

Any ideas? Is this something specific to my site or a bug?
