Issues when using WP Sweep

  • Hi, I really like Folders but every time I use WP Sweep all my media folders vanish however my Pages folders remain ok. I only use 3<>4 media folders so its not too bad recreating them but moving all the media files is a bit tedious.
    I understand that WP Sweep sticks to WP guidelines unlike a lot of other tools.
    Is this something you could fix?

    Hey again @yystephens , I have an update from our product manager. Can I ask you to wait a little more as we’re still investigating the issue. The options WP Sweep deletes shouldn’t affect our plugin. We have contacted the WP Sweep plugin team and as soon as we have something to share – we will get back to you.
